Heel fijn contact gehad en Joyce heeft ons goed geholpen met de aankoop. Ze reageerde altijd snel op vragen.

Heel fijn contact en prettige aankoopbegeleiding! Keuze uit verschillende soorten begeleiding qua aankoop en zoekopdracht, dus voor ieder wat wils. Alle stukken worden grondig doorgenomen voor het doen van een bod.

Dit is de tweede keer dat ik via Joyce van Alice Bakker makelaardij een appartement aankoop. Joyce (en Alice) zijn niet alleen kundig en áltijd bereikbaar, zij handelen altijd snel en zijn vooral ontzettend aardig, eerlijk en betrouwbaar. Een volgende keer zou zonder aarzelen en vol overtuiging weer kiezen voor dit kantoor!

Het contact verliep altijd erg snel en duidelijk en er kon altijd ruimte worden gemaakt voor een bezichtiging of belletje. Er werd eerlijk advies gegeven en goed deskundig meegekeken naar de kwaliteit van de woning. Na maar liefst drie weken hebben we al ons droomhuis kunnen aankopen. Onwijs blij met Alice Bakker Makelaardij.

Joyce and Alice were a great help in the process of finding my new home! They came to all the viewings, were super quick to respond to all my questions, managed all communication with the selling agent and the notary and had some really valuable extra advice on the way :) From start to finish this felt like a collaboration, and they always let me know when they thought 'we can do better'. In the end, this led me to buy a place I feel enthusiastic about, and they managed the whole process for me – including the bidding and the notary, which I have heard can be rather difficult to navigate without the right help!! And since I bought alone and didn't have a sparring partner, I was glad to have them: Alice and Joyce clearly know what to think about when helping you pick the right home :)
