V&W Makelaars was incredibly helpful throughout our home-buying journey. Roeland, a warm person with high professional standards, helped us in inspections, bidings and negotiations.
At the start of our search, he set clear expectations and helped us refine our criteria by steering us away from less desirable neighborhoods and guiding us toward a better budget range to avoid unnecessary bidding competition.
His expertise was particularly valuable during inspections, where he identified details that we, as buyers, might easily have overlooked. He also provided well-researched insights to help us determine whether a property was truly worth our time and investment.
Although we initially viewed this property without him, the office promptly arranged him a visit, once we expressed our interest. His negotiation skills ultimately helped us secure the property at a favorable price.
We would definitely recommend V&W Makelaars - and especially Roeland!
