Super goede ervaring met dit kantoor! Daar waar je soms ongeduldig wordt in deze markt en je eigen woonwensen opzij zet om “maar iets te kopen” werd ik na elke bezichtiging goed gecoached en soms werd mijn enthousiasme getemperd maar soms kreeg ik inzichten voor verbouwingen die ik zelf niet had gezien. Ik heb een ware parel gekocht en dat was zonder Eric en Suzanne niet gelukt.

Buying a house as an expat has always been a pain. They made the process very much enjoyable, they gave good advices on the areas and the houses. If you have a clear idea of your housing criteria, it would be very quick. It took me less than a month to get a house, which was pretty impressive in this market. They were pretty cautious with the bidding suggestion as well. So, we did not have to ridiculously overbid for the house.

I got Suzanne's help for the process from the offer to the handover. Everything went very smoothly and Suzanne was always available to make the process stress-free and to handle the discussions with the seller's agent in an efficient way. Thanks a lot!!
