The stylist was great. Her suggestions were spot on and increased our chance of selling the property at its actual value. The photographer was also very good. I am not so sure about the real estate agent, though. He forgot and misunderstood critical information. Also, pricing should be changed. In the past, a property attracted 20+ viewings, so we would understand 7000 EUR given the high number of viewings they had to handle. However, now, a property attracts 1-2 viewings, so their cost is much lower now, so the prices should be lower.
