We are super happy that we had Maaike by our side and would go to IQ Markelers again at any time if we wanted to buy or sell a house.
Maaike was a fantastic help in purchasing our new house and showed great support and expertise throughout the whole process.
There was very little time from the first viewing to the deadline for an offer, but Maaike was very supportive and responded to all our questions right away. She gave us helpful tips, both during the viewing, where she pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed, and when submitting our offer and thus enabled us to submit an offer at short notice. She also went the extra mile and managed to organize an additional viewing for us at short notice.
Also after the offer was made she was a very supportive and was always there to help us during the preparation of the purchase contract and the entire process. Without Maaike we would definitely not have been able to complete the purchase so quickly and smoothly.
