Tamara and her team did an amazing job. Her valuation was significantly higher than two other real estate agents I spoke too but secured an offer that beat the top end of her valuation by 15k. And I had an offer that was 15k higher than that. I feel like the marketing plan Tamara put together had a lot to do with it. But the financial performance is only part of the story. Tamara and her team were responsive, incredibly professional, very friendly and gave me great advice throughout the process. That was really important as an expat selling a property in the Netherlands for the first time. The fact that I could always pop into the office to drop off keys or chat to someone in person was a big help. Natalie was super helpful with the multitude of day-to-day things we needed to organise because I had work that needed to be done after I had vacated the property. I also really appreciated Tamara warning me about things that were probably a little different from selling a property in the UK. So that meant I had a no surprises experience. All in all, highly recommended. They're great people and great at their job! An absolute pleasure to work with.
