Super Makelaar

We are extremely satisfied with Philip. From the very beginning he has been very kind, approachable and always present at the viewings, assisting us in every step with the selling party. His experience in the field and his knowledge of the Haarlem area were evident more than once and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Communication was always very easy and pleasant, and he was consistently available to answer all our questions. We would, and certainly will, recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional makelaar.

We met Philip when he showed us around one of his properties and were impressed with the time he took for the viewing, so when we were ready to go with an aankoopmakelaar a few months later we knew he would be the one to go for. He listens to his clients, knows the area well, has good connections with other estate agents, is quick to respond to questions, is realistic and to the point, and importantly, he managed to secure us a good deal. We would highly recommend Philip!
