I hired Sander to help me find and buy an apartment in Central Haarlem. One of the smartest choices I've made. He's super knowledgeable on every aspect of the Dutch system, which works very differently from the UK. He gave me really clear advice at every step throughout the process and massively de-risked the purchase. That was particularly helpful in the tricky phases once my offer was accepted when there's time pressure. He was very responsive and authentically warm and friendly too - we had a really good laugh.
