Ed has helped me find and buy an apartment, and has been nothing but friendly and professional. He responds to any query quickly and with great expertise, inside or outside of office hours. He always takes the time to discuss anything from moisture in bathrooms to the surrounding neighbourhood, from ground lease (erfpacht) to different types of brickwork, and you can tell he has a passion for his field of work. He is careful not to push you to make any decision or rush you, and makes sure you're happy with your purchase, and guides you through all the necessary processes. Tersa has also been very helpful, sending a steady stream of suggestions for apartments to visit, which were more often ones I like as I sent her more feedback, even if I couldn't quite put my finger on what I did or didn't like about an apartment. The home I ended up purchasing was also suggested by her.

We cannot recommend Ed enough. He is the most fantastic makelaar. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind and worked tirelessly to get us across the finish line. We felt like we could trust Ed entirely. He always had our best interest at heart which is not easy to find. His technical knowledge was invaluable during our search, as was his attention to detail. We felt protected and safe in Ed’s hands and knew he would guide us in making the right decisions whilst ensuring he did not sway our judgement. He fulfilled all our requests, even when these were not easy, and supported us through what is a very emotional process. His positive attitude made viewings fun, as did his good sense of humour! He was incredibly generous with his time, never made us feel rushed, and always showed understanding with how important this process was for us.
