We’re so grateful to Hilbert for helping us sell our home—and to the new buyers, congratulations! You’ve found something special.
After a tough experience trying to sell with another agent the year before, we were discouraged. But Hilbert never lost faith in the potential of our home. Even while it was off the market, he kept in touch, offering just the right encouragement and guidance to help us relist when the time was right.
Hilbert took the time to truly understand the character of our home, the nuances of our personal situation, and the type of buyer who would really appreciate it—not just someone looking for a house, but someone looking for this house.
He brought a thoughtful, step-by-step approach, rooted in real market knowledge and a deep sense of professionalism. It’s easy to think the internet does all the work, but Hilbert showed us what a difference a committed, strategic agent can make.
We always felt supported, informed, and confident in every step of the process. To the new homeowners: we hope you love it as much as we did, and we’re so glad Hilbert helped connect us.
