Jordy en John hebben ons super goed begeleid tijdens de zoektocht. Er was altijd iemand die meeging naar de bezichtigingen voor een kritische blik. We are an Italian-Dutch couple who bought their house with Koning Aankoopmakelaars. We worked mostly with Janet and John, who are both fluent in English. Janet made it incredibly easy for us to get started with our search thanks to her impressive responsiveness and her ability to always get us an appointment for a viewing whenever we were interested in a house. We did most of our viewings with John, who we highly valued for his honesty, eye for detail, knowledge of the market, and how he always took the time for us, thereby cultivating a personal connection. We really felt the personal attention from both Janet and John throughout the process, which gave us trust. Finally, through John we learned to better understand our feelings about a house, and thereby what we were really looking for. This learning process took us a few months, but resulted in us feeling really good and confident about the house we bought!

Geweldige communicatie, denkt duidelijk mee, Val is de vrouw die moet hebben als je in Utrecht een mooie woning wil die past bij je situatie. Doorziet ook heel goed welke mogelijkheden er zijn en waar de eventuele uitdagingen liggen.
