Layout: Apartment building: If you park your car on the fixed parking space in the parking garage, you can take one of the elevators directly to the 10th floor. For the bicycle and other belongings there is a private storage room on the first floor. On the roof of the beautiful residential tower Havana are solar panels, the proceeds of which benefit the general meter box. Valencia's central entrance has an electric sliding door, to be opened with a keytag. The common areas exude luxury and comfort, making it nice to come home. Apartment: Open the front door to the beautiful, long hall of this luxury apartment.
