If you park your car on the fixed parking space in the parking garage, you can take one of the elevators directly to the 10th floor. For the bicycle and other belongings there is a private storage room on the first floor. On the roof of the beautiful residential tower Havana are solar panels, the proceeds of which benefit the general meter box.
Valencia's central entrance has an electric sliding door, to be opened with a keytag. For visitors, there is a doorbell panel on the outside, with a panel with search function based on house number and/or name. The videophone system is also on the outside. The common areas exude luxury and comfort, making it nice to come home.
Apartment:
Open the front door to the beautiful, long hall of this luxury apartment. To the left of the hall there's a guest toilet with the bathroom to the right.
The beautiful cast floor with underfloor heating is throughout the whole apartment and the lights, bright wall finishes and cinewall with mood fireplace create an extremely luxurious atmosphere in the living room. Here is also an indoor storage room with the setup of the WTW ventilation system and in the corner are the connections for the washer and dryer.
The kitchen layout with large island is also the epitome of luxury. Large drawers and cabinets provide plenty of storage space, and the island offers the option of a couple of high chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with several built-in appliances, including a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop with downdraft, Quooker faucet, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
The two good-sized bedrooms can host a double bed and a large closet and are equipped with a TV connection (ethernet).
The luxurious bathroom has a double sink cabinet, electric radiator, walk-in shower and a second toilet.
Balcony:
A door in the living room gives access to the spacious balcony of about 14 m² with very nice views. This is a fantastic outdoor space for a lounge set, a table with chairs and potted plants. This is living in Almere at its very best...
Surroundings:
It is fantastic living in Almere Duin. All necessary amenities are in the vicinity, but also the location in relation to Amsterdam and Utrecht is excellent. Bus 24 provides a good connection to NS station Almere Poort, and is about 1 kilometer cycling distance.
By train it is less than half an hour to Amsterdam Central Station and within 40 minutes you are at Utrecht Central Station. By car you drive, via the Hollandse Brug, over the highway to the A1. By bike it is about 20 minutes to the city center of Almere and beautiful Muiderberg.
