The apartments have a luxurious appearance thanks to the high-quality finishing and the carefully chosen materials, combined with a generous square located in front of the building and a spacious entrance. The apartments consist of one, three, or four rooms spread across twelve floors and are equipped with underfloor heating.
The apartments feature a spacious living room and a neatly designed kitchen fitted with built-in appliances: dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer combination, gas stove, and extractor hood. The bathrooms are also spacious and include a shower area, toilet, and sink.
Apartment layout (ground floor)
Through the shared entrance, the different floors can be reached by elevator. Each apartment has its own front door leading directly into the hallway. From the hallway you can access the corridor, which leads to the toilet, bathroom, storage space, bedrooms, and living room. The kitchen is located in the living room.
Surroundings
The Vrederust district is located in The Hague Southwest. It is a spaciously designed neighborhood with wide roads, tree-lined avenues, and green canals. Vrederust is close to the natural areas De Uithof and Madestein. Several shops are within a 5-minute walking distance from the building. The Vrederustlaan area is also easily accessible by public transport: bus lines 21 and 27 stop near the residential tower. In addition, the coastal town of Kijkduin is easy to reach.
