Based on two incomes:

Self-employed:

If you are retired, we request that you send copies along with the registration form which shows your gross annual income or allowances. We take into account that retirees pay around 30% less income tax and the income requirement is taken into account as follows: annual income / 100X130 = ……. You must then divide the amount resulting from this by the income requirement to see the maximum amount you can rent.
