The second through sixth floors contain 25 apartments for elderly people who wish to live independently for longer. Care is provided by Zorggroep Oude en Nieuwe Land (ZONL), based on the Volledig Pakket Thuis (Fully Integrated Home Care Package). A WLZ indication (Long-Term Care Act) is required for care services. In addition, there are 32 regular rental apartments, located on the second through seventh floors.
