The location is just a short bike or bus ride of about 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quiet but easily accessible living environment! We offer a campus contract that is valid for a minimum of 12 months and continues for as long as you are a student, then terminable on a monthly basis. THESE STUDIOS ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS AND PHD STUDENTS. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RENT ALLOWANCE FOR THESE FLATS. Our complex has 137 rooms, divided into several housing units. Each residence has three showers and three toilets, which are cleaned weekly. There is also a communal kitchen with three hotplates and a cosy common room, shared with 14 to 16 housemates - ideal for cooking, eating together and building new friendships. There is also a shared laundry room for all residents. Good to know is that each room is furnished with a single bed, desk + chair, dining table + 2 chairs, wardrobe, a fridge with freezer compartment and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the complex. Please note that bedding, crockery and kitchenware are not included. There are several common areas where you can study, relax or socialise and a large communal outdoor area set up as a garden where you can enjoy the outdoors, study outside or take part in cosy barbecues and events. Besides the rent, you pay an advance service charge for water, electricity, heating, cleaning and, of course, internet, among other things. Within office hours, a caretaker is present several days a week. Reachability in case of emergency is 24/7.
