The rental contract stipulates a number of conditions regarding the apartment’s use, the peace and quite of the building, and decorating standards.
The rent includes certain monthly costs attributable to the apartment. In addition, the rent does not includes energy costs. A deposit totalling 2 months rent, is due upon signature of the rental contract. The minimal contract period is two years. A parking permit can easily be obtained.
