The apartment
The first porch of the complex leads to the front door of apartment #51, located on the second floor. In the entrance/hall of the apartment, you will find the meter cupboard and the wardrobe. From here, you can also access one of the bedrooms, the kitchen, the separate toilet, and the dining room.
This dining room offers space for a cozy dining area and features several practical built-in wardrobes. You will also find the access door to one of the two balconies here. This balcony enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and offers unobstructed views of the lively surroundings. The dining room is open towards the living room, which is also quite spacious.
Back to the hallway, which provides access to one of the bedrooms. This room is currently used as a laundry room, with connections for the washing machine and dryer located here. Both the electric water heater and dishwasher are located here.
The adjacent kitchen was professionally installed in 2022 and has been raised and extended to create more workspace. Aalsmeer is also very well-located for public transport: two train stations are a short distance away (Hoofddorp and Schiphol), both easily accessible by bus. These stations offer connections to various major cities. Aalsmeer has a rich community life in many different areas. There are numerous restaurants and cafes, and along the Westeinder, near the most beautiful water tower in North Holland, there's a beach. The municipality of Aalsmeer comprises the villages of Aalsmeer and Kudelstaart and has over 30,000 inhabitants. The Westeinderplassen lakes offer a unique nature and recreation area with beautiful open water for water sports and a maze of ditches to explore by motorboat, canoe, or SUP. The nearby Amsterdamse Bos forest is also a lovely recreation area for walks, theater, or sports. A surprising village in the heart of the Randstad, where it's wonderful to live.
