The house
On the corner with Roerdomplaan, #52 is the last house on Dreef. There is more than enough public parking space in front of the property. Entrance to the house with a cloakroom, toilet, understairs cupboard, and access to the living room. This living room features a fireplace and enjoys plenty of natural light. The (closed) kitchen is adjacent to the rear of the house. It is well-maintained and fully equipped with a raised dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Quooker tap, and a 6-burner gas stove with a Smeg oven, all in a sleek white color scheme. There is an access door to the back garden from both the living room and the kitchen.
First floor with three bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom is located at the front of the house and has been well-maintained over the years. Here you will find a second toilet, a washbasin unit, and a walk-in shower. The shower floor has special anti-slip tiles. The three bedrooms are of a good size and all have fitted wardrobes. An indoor balcony has been created at the front of the house and is accessible via one of the bedrooms.
Attic landing on the second floor with connections for the washing machine, dryer, and the central heating boiler. An extra (recently renewed) skylight provides additional light on the landing. The large attic room has dormer windows on both sides, making it possible to divide this room to create extra (bed)rooms. Knee walls on both sides provide ample storage space.
Garden
The sunny back garden is beautifully landscaped with sleek tiles and planters. The sun shines in the back garden from late morning until sunset. A house-wide awning is therefore present. At the rear of the garden is a (standard) brick storage shed, like all the others in the neighborhood. As an extra advantage, a garage box (17 m²) is also accessible from the garden, and there is a separate access to the adjacent alley, allowing you to easily take your bicycle into the shed or put the bins out on the street.
Aalsmeer
Aalsmeer is conveniently located with respect to highways to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Amstelveen, Utrecht and The Hague. Within half an hour you can reach the center of Amsterdam and within fifteen minutes you are at Schiphol. Aalsmeer is also very conveniently located in terms of public transport: two train stations are a short distance away (Hoofddorp and Schiphol), both easily accessible by bus. From these stations there are connections to the various major cities. Aalsmeer has a rich association life in many areas. There are a large number of catering establishments and along the Westeinder, close to the most beautiful water tower in North Holland, within walking distance of the Dreef, there is a beach. The municipality of Aalsmeer consists of the villages of Aalsmeer and Kudelstaart and has over 30,000 inhabitants. The Westeinderplassen offer a unique nature and recreation area with beautiful open water for water sports and a maze of ditches to explore by motorboat or canoe. In addition, the nearby Amsterdamse Bos is also a nice recreational area for a walk, theater or sports. A surprising village, in the middle of the Randstad where it is wonderful to live.
