We are moving! So here's your chance. You can now view our beautiful, well-maintained house in the quiet and green surroundings of Duin, and who knows, we might become neighbourhood residents. Because we may be moving, but to a few houses away, because we'd rather not leave Duin! For us, it offers peace, space and, above all, very nice neighbours. Location: The house is located in the child-friendly and sought-after Duin neighbourhood, known for its quiet, green atmosphere and excellent amenities. It is one of the few corner houses in Duin with private land also on the side of the house. A short distance away you will find shops, schools, public transport and various sports facilities. There are also beautiful natural areas in the immediate vicinity, with some regularity you can find us on the Bussumse heath or on the fine beach. If you ever wanted to learn to surf or sail, this is the place to be! Layout: Upon entering, you immediately notice the island kitchen, which is the heart of the living room. Equipped with built-in Siemens appliances, cooking here is a pleasure. The oak parquet is laid in a Hungarian point and gives a very warm atmosphere. On the fully extended first floor there are three well-sized bedrooms, where we have made the best use of the space by installing 2 built-in wardrobes. We are still impressed when we open the curtains, the view is beautiful, the rolling dune garden never boring! The front room has an extra-large window so you can watch the sun rise every morning. The bathroom is soothing and equipped with a bathtub, shower and a sink. Here, a beautiful tile with a natural look has been chosen that matches the dune landscape so characteristic of this neighbourhood. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor. The second floor has an air-conditioned bedroom. We slightly reduced the size of this spacious room by adding a modern oak-clad wall to create space behind it for storing things or an extra clothes rack. With a private (roof) terrace, you can overlook the dune garden and enjoy the setting sun. We use the laundry room optimally, both as a laundry room and walk-in closet. Also, both floors have a light cast floor. Garden: Dune is characterised by its own private terraces and the entrance to the dune garden. As the house is located on a corner, you have wide views of the dune garden, which has a spacious feeling due to the beautiful vegetation. The garden is a great place to be surrounded by nature all year round. Whether it's butterflies, flowers or birds, every season you can enjoy everything that grows and lives. Because of the extra land at the side of the house, you have a private back entrance. Ideal if you ask us! The garden is well maintained and the present solid wooden pergola can be equipped with shade cloths and a hammock. Also, the terrace is equipped with built-in benches made of sustainable wood, which in addition to a seating function also offer space to store wood for the wood stove.
