On both sides, you have a beautiful and lively view from the 4th floor. This also allows you to open the doors on both sides of the apartment. This allows a lovely breeze to blow through the house in the summer. - Light: because of the outdoor spaces on both sides of the apartment, there are also many windows on both sides. Why are you leaving/why is the house for sale? I have enjoyed living here for the past five years, the last two of which with my boyfriend. It is a wonderful house where we could have stayed for years to come. Due to the expansion of our family, we are moving to a house with three bedrooms and a garden.
