Layout: Apartment building: On the side of the parking lot is the main entrance, with the mailboxes and video intercom. If you enter through here, you come into the central hall where there are two elevators. The largest elevator is for the odd floors and the other elevator is for the even floors. On the west side of the building is another elevator, which can stop on all floors. With the apartment comes a private storage room, on the first floor. Major building maintenance took place last year, including painting the woodwork of the balconies and galleries.
