Apartment building:
On the side of the parking lot is the main entrance, with the mailboxes and video intercom. If you enter through here, you come into the central hall where there are two elevators. The largest elevator is for the odd floors and the other elevator is for the even floors. On the west side of the building is another elevator, which can stop on all floors.
With the apartment comes a private storage room, on the first floor. Major building maintenance took place last year, including painting the woodwork of the balconies and galleries. A new boiler was recently installed in the building and major maintenance was recently performed on the interior sewers of the shower, toilet and kitchen. The outdated intercoms were replaced with new intercoms, with screen and sound, and in early April 2025 the connection to the fiber optic network was realized.
Apartment:
If you are on the 13th floor, walk through the gallery to the front door. Upon entering, you are in the hall, with the meter cupboard and kitchen on the left. In the kitchen, facing the cool northwest, the large window provides plenty of light. The bright wall unit by Bruynzeel has plenty of storage space and various appliances: a gas hob, extractor hood and oven. Very convenient is the adjacent storage room, with the connection for the washing machine.

The unobstructed wide view, including toward the Johan Cruyff Arena, is the best in the entire building. Why? Because it's on the top floor and you don't face the adjacent Building A, which is the case with the apartments to the left and right. You can watch the cruise ships maneuvering on the Y and enjoy the rise and fall of the sun many times a year. But don't forget to admire the moon and stars at night....
Surroundings:
The surroundings invite you to walk, bike, boat and go for a run. From the apartment building you walk straight into the Baanakkerspark and if you walk along the Nieuwendammerdijk you will enjoy the historic wooden houses that stand there. Through the dike you can walk or bike to Durgerdam, Ransdorp and Zunderdorp and then, after the Golf Club, run under the Ring A10. From here you can walk along the North-Holland Canal until you pass chalk mill De Admiraal, then back to the Loenermark. Furthermore, you live near the Noorderpark and the Vliegenbos.
