GURiiN The 12 apartments in the GURiiN building are located on the 1st to 4th floors. There is a choice between paying an annual ground rent (guide price between approximately €7,000 and €10,000 per year) or opting for perpetual redemption. Each home can have a parking space if desired. The monthly rent for a resident's subscription is approximately €255 per month (price level price level). The homes are subject to the owner-occupancy requirement, as established by the municipality for new-build owner-occupied homes. The homes may only be occupied by the owner.
