Construction group Ecoloft4you is an initiative of professionals who have previously collaborated on other residential buildings constructed under a so-called Co-Client model.

Ecoloft4you is being built on Pampuslaan on Centrumeiland on perhaps the most beautiful plot with a fantastic view of the water. Centrumeiland is the Municipality of Amsterdam's self-build location. Here, future residents design and build their own dream homes. It will be beautiful. A new development site built by residents, for residents.
Ecoloft4you is being built in a very prominent location on Pampuslaan, with a view of the water on three sides of the building. The building will have a powerful appearance befitting this location.
Finishing level:

- 25 cm x 44 cm tiles on the walls and a minimum of 45 x 45 cm on the floor.

When you become a member of the Ecoloft4you building group, you pay a registration fee of € 500. This gives you the assurance that the home will remain reserved for you. Furthermore, no pre-financing is required until everything is finalized and you can take out a mortgage (just before the start of construction).
The design is currently being further developed. You reserve a home in a fixed location within the building based on a price per square meter. The stated prices are based on annual ground rent payments.
Housing prices will be indexed from July 1, 2026, according to the consumer price index, capped at 5% per year.
Prognosis schedule:
Start of construction around October 1, 2026.
Construction time approximately 1.5 years.
What does co-commissioning entail?
With co-commissioning, you decide for yourself what your home will look like, and you work together with your future neighbors to determine how the common areas and the exterior will be designed. This might sound daunting, but we know from experience that it is an incredibly fun process. Naturally, the building group is supported by various professionals who guide the process.
What is expected of the members?
The members of the building group can participate in multiple areas. The members have the deciding vote in the project and have significant influence on the process. However, the professional initiator will manage the entire process from the registration phase through to aftercare following completion. Timely notification will be provided regarding when and which choices need to be made.
What is the benefit of joining now?
The sooner you join, the more influence you have on the final result. During the development of the project, many important decisions are made regarding the design of the complex. Additionally, the purchase prices during the registration process are well below the current selling price on the open market.
Another major advantage of our approach is that you are fully involved in the process from the start and determine yourself what your home will look like.
Please note: the municipality imposes a self-occupancy requirement of 5 years from the start of construction.
