Layout:
The entrance of the building is into a spacious hall. From here, you take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor. The apartment is located at the quiet rear of the building and features a private outdoor landing.
The entrance to the home is in a hallway with space for a wardrobe and a separate WC. From this hallway, you reach the living area via a corridor. The first thing that stands out is the beautiful view of the lovely garden and the natural light flooding into the living room through two large French balcony doors.
The open kitchen with a bar is only a year old and is equipped with all modern built-in appliances.
The home has two spacious bedrooms, both approximately 13 square meters in size.
One of these bedrooms adjoins a balcony. This balcony offers a beautiful view over the quiet Raamdwarsstraat and faces northwest.
The bathroom is tastefully finished. It features a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity unit, an illuminated mirror, an electric towel radiator, and a vanity unit. Completely finished! There is also a storage unit in the basement of the building. It is over six square meters in size. Outside the storage unit, there is also the possibility to store bicycles.
On the roof of the building is a very spacious communal roof terrace! Here you have a beautiful view of the city.

History:
The Raamplein is a historic site. From 1648 to 1844, the Raampoort stood nearby, a gateway in the city wall located at the current intersection of Marnixstraat and Bloemgracht. The name Raamplein (but also Raamstraat, Raamdwarsstraat, and Raampoort) recalls the wooden frameworks that stood by the dozens on and along the city rampart in the 17th century for drying dyed cloth.
Area:
Het Raamplein is located on the west side of the city center, between the Jordaan, Leidseplein, and Helmersbuurt. Officially, it is still just part of the Jordaan.
Everything that makes living in our city so pleasant is within walking distance of the home.
The theaters and nightlife in the Leidsebuurt, the restaurants, cafes, and small shops of the Jordaan, and the terraces on Bosboom Toussaintstraat.
Accessibility is optimal. Several tram lines and regional bus lines have a stop in the immediate vicinity of the home.
Via the Nassaukade, part of the Centrumring S-100, you can reach all parts of the city, while via the Overtoom (S-106) you can quickly reach the A-10 West ring road.
