A parking basement is situated beneath the building. The communal bike storage has enough space for all residents to store their bicycles. Additionally, there are 25 parking spaces for cars, reserved for specific apartment numbers. This reservation grants the first right of purchase, so buyers are not obligated to take the parking space. The price for a parking space is € 55.000,-.
Construction of The Ark began on April 1, 2025, with the expectation that the apartments will be completed in the summer of 2027.
