Extraordinary Entrance The main entrance is located on the Docklandsweg, welcoming residents with a stylish central hall that reflects the exterior architecture. Each floor has its own accent color, transitioning from warm brown to an elegant sand color, illuminated by a beautiful void. From the hall below, residents can access the parking basement and living floors via the staircase and elevators. The hall also provides access to the shared private garden by the water. Outdoor Living in The Ark All apartments feature a private balcony, loggia, or terrace with steel railings for optimal views of the dynamic surroundings. The communal garden by the Buiksloterkanaal, designed by Buro Sant & Co, offers a pleasant place to relax or meet with neighbors. Wood Almost the entire structure of The Ark is made from sustainably sourced larch and spruce wood. This reduces the CO2 impact of building The Ark compared to traditional concrete construction. The visible wooden elements in the apartments create a warm, natural atmosphere. Parking A parking basement is situated beneath the building. The communal bike storage has enough space for all residents to store their bicycles. Additionally, there are 25 parking spaces for cars, reserved for specific apartment numbers. This reservation grants the first right of purchase, so buyers are not obligated to take the parking space. The price for a parking space is € 55.000,-. Construction of The Ark began on April 1, 2025, with the expectation that the apartments will be completed in the summer of 2027.
