Luxury was also chosen in the bathroom, with a walk-in shower equipped with 5 shower functions. The sinks and vanity units are from the renowned brand B-Dutch. 15th floor: The staircase or staircase closet leads to the living floor, with oak flooring and beautiful light. The tile floor is laid floating, minimizing noise transmission, and on the north side, blinds with narrow Luxaflex are installed. Low-temperature heating, prepared for cooling, ensures low energy consumption.
