A personal note from the sellers:
We still clearly remember the day this apartment appeared on Funda. We were expecting our first child and were looking for a safe, accessible, and comfortable starter home and couldn’t believe our luck. A modern apartment, right in the heart of the city, recently built, with high ceilings, an A-rated energy label, and even an elevator. It felt too good to be true. We were so excited that we secretly went into the building before the official viewings began, just to catch a glimpse. The large entrance, the elevators, the beautiful courtyard – it already felt like home before we even stepped inside. We even wrote a letter to the sellers, almost begging for a chance to view it and make an offer. By an incredible stroke of luck, we got this amazing apartment. The only reason we're letting it go now is because our family is outgrowing the space. Living here has been an absolute joy. Everything we needed was just downstairs: Albert Heijn, the doctor, the dentist, the kindergarten, restaurants, even a nightclub – it made life so practical and lively. We really hope that the next person will appreciate this place just as much as we did. Saying goodbye is bittersweet, but we know it will make someone else as happy as it made us. And the view... we can’t even begin to describe what it’s meant to us. Sitting on the couch, watching the sun set over the horizon with a glass of wine in hand, or celebrating New Year's Eve with a breathtaking 360° view of the fireworks from the roof – it was nothing short of magical.
