Details
This combined object of two semi-detached houses was originally built in 1920 and subsequently well maintained, renovated and modernized. Due to various insulating and energy-saving measures, including aluminum frames with double glazing, roof insulation and a total of approximately 22 solar panels (10 for no. 42, 12 for no. 44), the buildings have energy label C (residential house at no. 44) and A (shop building no. 42). The house has shutters on the bedrooms and bathroom. The 'conservatory' living room of the house has facilities for a toilet/sanitary area, which can easily be returned - for kangaroo living, for example. The kitchen and both living rooms have a natural stone floor with underfloor heating. There are awnings on the conservatory (Kampsestraat side) and the living room garden window. All dormer windows are equipped with blinds and mosquito screens (mostly integrated between the glass).
