Just outside the door, in Wijk aan Zee, you can reach the sea within 6 kilometers, and in just 20 minutes you’re in a large city with excellent transit connections. Being on the 5th floor with only one neighbor almost makes it feel like a penthouse (at least that’s how I experienced it). The apartment feels spacious and offers plenty of storage space.
