Tenants given priority when buying BrabantWonen How does it work? We offer properties for sale online on Funda and our websites. When we put a property up for sale, anyone (tenants and non-tenants of a housing association) can respond. During the first four weeks that the property is on the market, only tenants of social housing in the municipality are invited to view it. After viewing the property, you can make an offer. Tenants are given the opportunity to submit a single highest bid. If the best bid from a tenant is acceptable, the property is sold to that tenant.
