The other undivided half belongs to a natural person who has been declared bankrupt. Therefore, the undivided half falls into the bankruptcy estate, which is being realized by the appointed trustee.

Defects of any kind, disappointed expectations of the Buyer and/or acquiring third parties do not entitle them to any compensation and/or set-off.
The trustee and the liquidator cannot be held liable in connection with or arising from the preparation and submission of any bid, or for other costs or expenses incurred by prospective buyers and/or their advisor(s)/attorney(s) in connection with a proposed/submitted bid. There can be no agreement with the trustee if the supervisory judge has given his written authorization/consent to the trustee in this regard.
