Apartment layout

Kitchen and living area
Floor-to-ceiling windows enable an abundance of natural light. The sprawling open kitchen features an island with a high bar countertop illuminated by five large pendulum lights, shielding clutter from guests while maintaining an open design with two entrances on either side. The island is equipped with two sinks and two faucets connected to a boiler, each with an extendible head capable of two flow settings, dishwasher, along with electrical outlets.

To the right of the kitchen area are the dining and living areas. A stylish rectangular lamp hangs in the middle of the room, ideal for illuminating a dining table. Alongside the windows on the opposite side of the room are three pin lights which can be focused in different directions.
Bedrooms
The hallway leading to the three bedrooms has two elegantly curved wall lamps. A cabinet houses the ventilation unit and offers storage space underneath, and the adjacent cabinet contains the electrical fuses and also allows for limited storage space.
Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, with that in the master’s bedroom incorporating a full-length mirror, while two bedrooms also have wall shelves. One bedroom faces the A12 highway with views of Rotterdam. The master’s bedroom features built-in wall lamps ideal as bedside lamps on either side of a queen-sized bed.
All the windows in the apartment have roll-down blinds installed, except for the master’s bedroom windows which have floral curtains . In addition to the lights described in the living area, all rooms in the apartment have light fixtures with bulbs installed. Laminate flooring is installed throughout all bedrooms and the living area, while the kitchen, storage room, bathroom and toilet have tiled floors.
