Het Regentessekwartier is enorm populair aan het worden bij jonge mensen met of zonder kinderen en er wonen ook veel mensen die deze buurt al heel lang hun thuis noemen. Vanaf het Regentesseplein loop je in een half uurtje via andere pleinen naar de stad, en ondertussen kun je overal koffie drinken en even een hapje eten. De tramhaltes zijn ook geweldig: je bent zo in de stad, op het strand of op de twee treinstations die Den Haag rijk is. Een paar praktische zaken: Actieve VvE, maandelijkse bijdrage Parkeergelegenheid, met parkeervergunning, in de straten rondom. Nieuwe HR-ketel geplaatst in november 2024. Het plein voor het huis gaat in 2027 een groener aanzicht krijgen met meer bomen. Niet onbelangrijk: De verkoper is niet verplicht biedingen onder de vraagprijs in aanmerking te nemen. If you want to have a little walk or need of a playground you can go to the Verademing around the corner, and Emma’s Hof is a small neighbourhood park maintained by volunteers. The Regentessekwartier has gained a lot of popularity with young people and families and still has a lot of people who have called this place Home for quite a while. From the Regentesseplein it takes about half an hour to walk to the centre of town and you’ll walk via a few squares with all kinds of places to sit down for coffee or food along the way. Tram connectivity is amazing: whether it’s the centre of town, the beach or the two train stations in The Hague.
