At the front, near the parking lot, is the central entrance to the apartment building. Outside, you'll find the mailboxes and the intercom panel. Thanks to the covered entrance with lighting, you'll stay dry and sheltered until the entrance door opens.
Once inside, you enter a very spacious hallway with good lighting, the stairwell, and the elevator. The doors can be opened with the push of a button, and colorful artwork makes the hallway a welcoming space. Since the apartment is on the fourth floor, we assume you'll likely take the elevator up. APARTMENT
Right next to the elevator, you will find the meter cupboard and the front door, which leads into the spacious hallway. Like most of the apartment, the floor is finished with laminate, and the walls and ceilings are plastered. The open connection to the kitchen and living room makes the hallway a fully integrated part of this move-in-ready apartment.
