The traffic area, as well as the bathroom and bedroom, are positioned outside the main volume, forming a single-story structure in front of and beside the main volume. The masonry wall of the main volume extends over two floors and is visible inside the home. The entrance wall tilts slightly outward, marking an inviting entryway. The garden room, with its heated covered terrace and round zinc roof, is placed separately in the garden to enhance the connection with the outdoor space."
