Seller's personal note
For years we have enjoyed the lively location in this beautiful city. The neighborhood is cozy, so we never had to be bored. From our home we could go to the movies at the Raaks at the last minute, the gym around the corner, the doctor, the polling station, the library, etc. A late message at Albert Heyn is never a problem either. It is also so nice here that you can roll your suitcase to the bus stop in 5 minutes and get on the bus to Schiphol for a vacation. By the way, we are surrounded by bus stops here and we made a lot of use of them.
When it is busy outside, the roof terrace was our favorite spot in the sun, a real oasis of peace that does not feel oppressive, because there is also a view there. In the summer you also get cheerful from the boats that you see sailing past on the Leidsevaart.
