The house
There is ample parking space in front of the door to park your car. Then you walk through the sleek front garden to the front door of the house. In the entrance there is space for the wardrobe, the (renewed) meter cupboard and here are also the connections for the washing machine and dryer. Towards the front you walk to an indoor bicycle shed and towards the back you enter the living room. A deep and spacious space that has already been expanded. One big plus is that two skylights have been placed in the extension, so that even on gray days there is more than enough daylight. The open kitchen has a large cupboard wall with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, combination oven-microwave and a Quooker tap. The four-burner induction hob with Bora extractor system is in a separate island with bar. From the living room you have access to a practical cupboard under the stairs and behind a sliding door is the staircase to the first floor and the toilet. The entire ground floor has a PVC floor in herringbone pattern with underfloor heating. The walls and ceiling are smoothly plastered.
Three bedrooms and the bathroom are accessible from the landing on the first floor. The bathroom has a large skylight with a washbasin, toilet and a walk-in shower. The three bedrooms are all of a good size. At the rear, the partition wall between the two bedrooms has been moved, making the smaller room a bit more spacious. The same finish of the floors, walls and ceiling has been continued to the first floor.
The stairs to the second floor lead directly to the fourth (attic) room. In the stairwell to the attic we come across the central heating boiler. The attic room has a large dormer window at the rear and there is also air conditioning in this room. Extra storage space has been created behind the knee walls at the rear.
Garden
The Savelsbos 23 has a back garden facing east and therefore enjoys the morning and afternoon sun. The garden is fully tiled and in the summer of 2024 a large veranda will be placed at the back of the garden, equipped with electricity. There is a door at the rear which gives access to the back path.
Hoofddorp
Hoofddorp is located in the centre of Haarlemmermeer. With a large shopping centre with cinemas, theatres, many catering establishments and an NS station, Hoofddorp actually offers everything. An extensive R-Net makes Hoofddorp easily and quickly accessible from everywhere. Hoofddorp has grown enormously over the years. There have been various expansions and each new residential area also has its own local shopping centre and schools. The Haarlemmermeerse Bos is within cycling distance. The NS station is only one stop from Schiphol Airport, which gives Hoofddorp an international allure and an ideal place to live in the middle of the Randstad.
