Riding hall with indoor flat and storage/stabling area:
The detached riding hall is equipped on the ground floor with an indoor arena, a large storage/stabling area, a storage room, toilet facilities, two washing areas and a tack room. On the 1st floor is a reception room/apartment with a kitchen, shower room, toilet room and 2 (bed) rooms. The storage room is finished with a cobbled floor and furnished with a simple kitchenette. A sliding door provides direct access to the rear indoor arena.
The indoor arena (approx. 21 x 40 m) is equipped with a professional soil and a sprinkler system. The arena is built of concrete elements with steel trusses and the roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets. There is a skylight in the ridge of the roof. A sliding door in the side wall provides access to the yard.
Horse stable I:
The first stable consists of a workshop and 2 equal units, which, among other things, are equipped with 4 horse boxes. To the left of the horse stable is a double carport for parking cars. The workshop is accessible from the yard through French doors and has a paved floor, masonry walls and an insulated roof. The stable area is brickwork with steel rafters and the roof has a skylight in the ridge. The floor is paved with concrete bricks. The right unit is equipped with 4 horse stalls, custom-made saddle boxes with a sink with hot and cold water. This unit also has facilities for a solarium. The left unit is also furnished with 4 horse stalls, custom-made heated saddle boxes with a sink with hot and cold water. This unit is already equipped with an adjustable solarium. All horse boxes (approx. 4 x 3.5 m) are fitted with partly hardwood and partly galvanised hinged front walls with sliding doors and partly hardwood and partly galvanised partitions and rear walls.
The double carport (approx. 9 x 8 mtr.) has a clinkered floor, steel rafters and an insulated roof. The carport is further equipped with automatic (LED) lighting, water connection and an attractive finish with oak beams.
Stable II:
The second stable is equipped with 5 horse stalls, a washing area, a laundry room, a tack room and a solarium. The stable is constructed of masonry with steel trusses and the roof is insulated. Sliding doors in the front and rear façade provide access to the stable from the yard. The 5 horse stalls have partly hardwood, partly galvanised hinged front walls with a sliding door. The intermediate and rear walls are lined with rubber. 4 Horse boxes have a size of approx. 3.5 x 3 mtr., 1 horse box has a size of approx. 4 x 3.5 mtr.
The washroom is equipped with hot and cold water and has a rubber floor and tiled walls. The heated laundry room has a clinkered floor, a kitchenette and connections for washing equipment.
The tack room is also heated and equipped with saddle lockers. The floor is paved with clinkers.
Pony stable:
The detached pony stable is built of wood and the roof is covered with tiles. It has space for 2 ponies and is equipped with water and electricity.
OTHER FACILITIES
The property is further equipped with an outdoor arena, a covered treadmill, a lunging circle and pasture which is divided into several paddocks with a racecourse around it.
