The house
In a quiet, child-friendly residential area with lots of greenery, this terraced family home with storage on its own land is located. The house is well maintained. A small front garden leads to the entrance of the house with a hall, meter cupboard and toilet. Kudelstaart
Kudelstaart is part of the municipality of Aalsmeer but has its own character. There is a good shopping center with a large supermarket and various shops for daily groceries. There are 4 buses per hour during peak hours and 2 buses per hour outside peak hours with direct connections to Amsterdam via the bus station in Aalsmeer. From there, there is a direct bus connection to NS station Hoofddorp, Schiphol Cirkellijn and express tram stop in Uithoorn with direct connection to Amsterdam Station-Zuid. Like Aalsmeer, Kudelstaart is adjacent to the Westeinder Plassen and you can swim at the quay on Herenweg. The Westeinderstrand in Aalsmeer is just under fifteen minutes by bike. Kudelstaart has an active community life, carnival is celebrated (Poelgilderdam) and there are various sports clubs and restaurants.
