Ground floor:
Central entrance with mailboxes, (video) intercom, enclosed hallway with 2 elevators and access to the bicycle storage with 2 private parking spaces, the storage units, stairwell and visitor parking garage.
There are also charging stations for electric vehicles and designated spaces for cargo bikes, scooters and motorcycles (for rent).
1st floor
Parking garage for residents (for rent)
2nd floor
Large, sunny communal courtyard garden.
13th floor
Upon arrival on the 13th floor, you reach the front door of No. 277 via a glass door.
Behind it, in the L-shaped hallway, you will find on the right the meter cupboard, which also houses the water softener, and the cabinet with connections to the central system for underfloor heating and cooling and hot tap water (WKO/geothermal). On the left is space for a coat rack. In the hallway, there are also two deep niches with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, creating a lot of storage space.
On the way to the living room/kitchen you will find on the right 4 bedrooms/studies and on the left 4 “wet” rooms. Starting with these:
First, a large bathroom with a Duravit shower toilet, bathtub, walk-in shower (corner with glass wall and glass door) with handheld and rain shower, double washbasin with 4 large drawers underneath and a solid, fully lit aluminum mirror cabinet.
Next, the separate WC with wall-mounted toilet and small sink, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
Finally, the technical room/utility room of over 13 m² with the ventilation/heat recovery installation, the washing machine and dryer connections, and a sink. There is also plenty of space for appliances and cabinets.
Back to the entrance: natural daylight also enters through the double glass doors of a spacious work/bedroom. This room gives access to the second work/bedroom. Optionally, the door can be moved to provide direct access from the hallway.
Next come the master bedroom with walk-in closet and the fourth work/bedroom.
If desired, by removing the wall between two of the bedrooms/studies, a very spacious master bedroom can be created.
At the end of the hallway, you enter the 55 m² living room/kitchen, bathed in light thanks to the many, almost floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony doors. These offer views of the dunes and offshore wind turbines, the skylines of The Hague, Delft, Zoetermeer and (on clear days) Rotterdam.
The handleless Siematic kitchen with cooking island, extensive practical work and storage space, and excellent task lighting is a true eye-catcher. It is finished in matte white lacquer, with stainless steel grip rails featuring integrated lighting. The countertops are made of white composite with two flush-mounted stainless steel sinks and practical taps, one of which is a Quooker.
The handleless graphite-grey combination steam oven, large convection oven, large warming drawer/slow-cooking oven, and coffee machine are from Miele and feature many functions.
Also from Miele are two fully integrated XXL dishwashers and a built-in Miele fridge with freezer compartment and three freshness drawers.
The flush-mounted induction hob with built-in extraction (recirculation) is from Bora.
A removable bar shelf has been installed in the deep window frame with a view of the lively Lammenschansweg, offering seating for two.
From the living room, there are two doors leading to the large west-facing balcony with high glass balustrades, providing sheltered seating. From around noon, it is also sunny. From here, you have a full panoramic view of the surroundings, from the church towers of Zoeterwoude to the city center of Leiden, and the most beautiful cloudscapes and sunsets.

Particulars/additional information
The Viridis section of building De Ananas contains 70 apartments, spread over 18 floors.
On the ground floor of De Ananas are small-scale businesses such as a dentist and an upholsterer.
There is also a cozy café with a terrace on the corner of Mangoweg/Perzikweg.
Across the street you will find, among other things, a Plus supermarket.
The building is located in a residential neighborhood under development; many commercial buildings are or will be replaced by housing.
All ceilings and walls are smoothly plastered, and the original ventilation valves have been replaced with designer vents.
Underfloor heating and cooling are installed throughout the apartment, eliminating the need for bulky radiators. This makes the apartment—and in fact the entire building—pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.
The standard rebated doors with steel frames have been replaced by solid wooden doors and wooden frames with concealed hinges and minimalist handles.
In the kitchen, there is ample practical storage space: (electrically operated) upper cabinets, a tall pull-out cabinet, a pocket door cabinet with drawers, a flap cabinet with lit worktop behind, a corner cabinet with large rotating trays, and many drawers ranging from 40 to 120 cm wide and in various heights.
The standard wooden window finishing and protruding sills have been replaced with smooth plasterwork and thin composite, resulting in a super sleek finish.
In the hallway, studies and living room, there is environmentally and indoor climate-friendly Hywood flooring, a very water-resistant wood floor (not parquet), in a wide walnut plank design. See the manufacturer's website Ter Hürne for more information.
The other rooms have Marmoleum flooring.
The ground floor storage room of 8.1 m² has a large height (mostly 3.63 m), providing ample storage space.
