The plans are therefore final. The current schedule is for the houseboats to be relocated during a continuous period starting in October 2025. Owners may transfer ownership of their houseboat based on a purchase agreement. However, there is currently no mooring permit for the present location. Both the use of the water and the use of the bank are without legal right or title. Potential buyers must therefore clearly understand that the houseboat cannot remain at its current location. If the current owners initial/sign the settlement agreement and subsequently transfer ownership of the houseboat, the municipality is, in principle, willing to make arrangements regarding contract transfer. In that case, the rights associated with a replacement mooring would transfer to the new owner(s) of the houseboat.
