SPECIAL CONDITIONS Temporary Sales Restriction / Owner-Occupancy Obligation: The property must be used by the buyer (and family) for their own residence for at least 5 years. Occupation or rental by direct relatives is considered equivalent to own use. The buyer is prohibited from selling the property within the first year. After one year, resale is allowed only with written permission from the housing corporation. The new buyer must also use the home for their own residence. This obligation expires 5 years after the initial sale by the corporation.
