From Achterstraat a semi-paved driveway leads to the rear of the farmhouse, where you will find a large private parking area with an electric charging point. From the Waalbandijk, the front door is reached via steps and a brick pathway.

Where once a monumental farmhouse stood, today you find a charming and solidly built T-farmhouse offering modern comfort. The well-insulated thatched roof, combined with solar panels and cavity wall, floor and double-glass insulation, has resulted in an Energy Label A.
The house is built from red brick with hardwood windows and doors, sash windows with glazing bars, shutters and French doors. Maintenance has always been carried out with great care: the west side of the thatched roof was renewed in 2015, and the east, south and north sides in 2024.
The garden has been landscaped with sightlines, hedges and colourful perennial borders. Mature hedges provide privacy, while fruit trees, willows and shrubs enhance the green character. Several terraces and a generous lawn are interspersed across the plot.
