Tenants’ Priority When BrabantWonen Sells a Property How does it work? We list a property for sale online on Funda and our websites. When we list a property for sale, anyone (tenants and non-tenants of a housing association) can respond. During the first 4 weeks that the property is listed for sale, only tenants of social housing in the municipality are invited for a viewing. After visiting the property, you can submit an offer.
