LAYOUT
The complex is accessed via the closed central entrance on the ground floor. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be reached via the stairs. There are two apartments per floor.

Measuring instruction
The house has been measured in accordance with NEN 2580. This NEN standard is intended to apply a more uniform method of measuring to give an indication of the usable surface area. The measuring instruction does not completely exclude differences in measurement results, for example due to differences in interpretation, rounding off or limitations when carrying out the measurement. The buyer indemnifies the seller and his broker from all liability in respect of any differences in the dimensions of both the usable surface area and the volume of the house that may be found later. Non-self-occupancy clause
Buyer is aware that seller has never actually used the property sold himself and that seller can therefore not inform buyer about properties or defects of the property sold of which seller could have been aware if he had actually used the property sold himself.
