A white steel pivot door leads to the kitchen. The kitchen consists of two sections. One part has a sink, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, combi-oven and lots of storage space. The other part has an induction hob with built-in extractor fan, a wine refrigerator and lots of storage space. The kitchen also has a built-in cupboard wall that provides additional storage space.
The kitchen leads into the living room. The living room in particular benefits from the light that floods in throughout the entire house. There are large windows at both the front and back of the house. At the front you have a lovely view of the courtyard, and at the back you look out onto the greenery. The living room has a wood-burning stove and custom-made wall units. At the rear are French doors that provide access to the garden via a staircase.
The ground floor has underfloor heating.
1st Floor:
Landing, 3 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, shower, bath, beautiful washbasin and underfloor heating.
2nd Floor:
