“As is, where is” Clause
This clause places all responsibility for visible and hidden defects with the buyer. By accepting the property “as is, where is,” the buyer agrees to purchase it in its current condition, without recourse to the seller for any defects discovered later — including hidden or structural issues not visible during the viewing.
