THE SELLER'S COMMENT
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment for the past ten years. The best thing about the house, in my opinion, is the abundance of light and the large French windows with wide window sills. It's a wonderful place to sit in the sun: my favorite spot for reading, drinking a cup of tea, or just enjoying the peace and quiet with a view of the greenery of the Flevopark. This is a quiet and beautiful park, where you can enjoy walking, running, barbecuing, etc. It's a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city, even though you're living in the heart of Amsterdam. In the neighborhood, you can find shops and restaurants in, for example, Javastraat or the Oostpoort shopping center. I also enjoy the lovely kitchen and bathroom in the apartment, where the high water pressure in the shower is always a bonus after a vacation.
For me, it's now time for a new step: a slightly larger place, but still in this lovely neighborhood. I hope to sell the apartment to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have!
